The Company's commitment to providing a quality service was recognised in 1992 when they achieved accreditation to ISO9002 with the BSi. This has since been upgraded to ISO9001:2000, a copy of the logo and our certificate number is shown under the navigation on the left. The company is proud to be recognised with this certification and illustrates the company's commitment to our mission statement below.

It is our mission to provide a yarn processing service that exceeds our customer expectations by identifying the best possible solution to meet customers needs, being courteous and timely in all communications, providing value adding services and assisting the development of our employees to maximise their job satisfaction.
We will also strive to constantly improve our service through using appropriate technology, developing and refining our knowledge of customer's needs and the needs of the market, investing in plant and equipment and developing and rewarding our own people.
